Support

We aim to respond to every email inside one business day. For account safety or content concerns, we respond as fast as we possibly can — usually within a few hours.

How do I delete my account and all of my data?
Open the Cheer Team app, head to Settings → Account → Delete Account, type DELETE to confirm, and tap the red button. Your data is scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days. You can email support@cheerteam.app if you need it sooner.
I forgot my password.
If you signed in with email/password, tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen — we’ll send a reset link to your email. If you signed in with Apple or Google, those providers manage your password directly.
How do I update my payment method or refund a charge?
Parents: open the charge from your Home tab and tap Pay — you’ll be prompted for a new card if your saved one fails.

Coaches: open the charge in the Billing tab, tap a line item, and choose Refund. Refunds return to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Why didn’t a parent get their invite email?
Invite emails sometimes hit spam folders. Ask the parent to check there first. Coaches can resend any invite from Settings → Roster by tapping the athlete and selecting Resend invite.
How is my (and my child’s) data protected?
We collect only what’s needed to run a coaching program. We never sell user data, never share it with advertisers, and never use it for tracking. Payments are handled by Stripe, so card details never touch our servers. Read the full Privacy Policy for specifics.
The app crashed or something looks wrong.
Email support@cheerteam.app with: what you were doing when it happened, what device + iOS version you’re on (Settings → General → About), and a screenshot if you have one. We read every report.

Report something that doesn’t feel safe

Cheer Team handles minors and family data — we treat safety reports with priority and treat reporters confidentially. Inside the app, every photo, message, and user has a Report option in the long-press menu. You can also email safety@cheerteam.app directly. In an emergency, please contact your local emergency services first.

Most emails answered within one business day. Safety reports prioritized.
