How do I delete my account and all of my data?
DELETE to confirm, and tap the red button. Your data is scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days. You can email support@cheerteam.app if you need it sooner.I forgot my password.
How do I update my payment method or refund a charge?
Coaches: open the charge in the Billing tab, tap a line item, and choose Refund. Refunds return to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Why didn’t a parent get their invite email?
How is my (and my child’s) data protected?
The app crashed or something looks wrong.
Report something that doesn’t feel safe
Cheer Team handles minors and family data — we treat safety reports with priority and treat reporters confidentially. Inside the app, every photo, message, and user has a Report option in the long-press menu. You can also email safety@cheerteam.app directly. In an emergency, please contact your local emergency services first.

Most emails answered within one business day. Safety reports prioritized.

Open Settings → Help & Safety inside the app for the same answers plus links to the right place to report.
