Cheer TeamRun your cheer program from one app.
Roster, schedule, payments, chat, music, and competition footage — together, in one place built for the way cheer actually works.
Free for coaches and families. Card payments include a 1% service fee.
Coaching is hard enough without seven apps.
You shouldn’t need a group text, a Google Form, a spreadsheet, a Venmo request, and a Dropbox folder just to run a cheer season. Cheer Team replaces all of them.
Everything in one place
Built specifically for cheer programs — not adapted from soccer, dance, or generic team software.
Roster
Athletes, parents, teams, and grade levels in one organized view. Import from a spreadsheet in seconds.
Schedule
Practices, competitions, photo days. Two-way sync with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar.
Chat & announcements
A Team channel for the whole program, per-team channels for everything else, direct messages when you need one family.
Payments
Collect dues, uniform deposits, and competition fees through Stripe. Track who’s paid, refund in two taps.
Music
Upload your competition mixes, mark routine tracks, play them at practice with background and lock-screen controls.
Training clips
Coaching videos organized by skill, with filter chips so athletes find the stunt cleanup they need.
Performances & files
Competition videos archived by event, plus a shared files tab for choreo notes and travel docs.
Custom branding
Your logo, your colors, your team identity across every screen — athletes see your program, not ours.
Safe by default
An age question for every account, automatic photo screening, in-app reporting and blocking, and account deletion from Settings.
Built by people who coached the sport.
Every feature in Cheer Team exists because a real coach asked for it. We’re not a generic team app trying to win cheer — we started with cheer.
That means a music tab that knows what a routine track is. A schedule that treats competitions differently from practices. A roster that handles multi-team programs without breaking everyone’s chat into 47 group texts.
Safe by default. Yours by design.
Cheer programs include minors, families, and money — so we treat safety and privacy as features, not afterthoughts.
Age check
Every account answers an age question. Under-13s can't sign up; 13–17s join only with a parent-approved invite.
Photo screening
Uploaded photos are automatically screened. Explicit or violent images are removed.
Easy delete
Delete your account from Settings. It's permanently deleted after 7 days.
Report and block
Report any message or announcement, or block someone. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours.
